Novotel Rouen Sud Zenith Parc Expo - Saint-Etienne-du-Rouvray

The hotel offered great outdoor facilities and friendly staff, enhancing our family's experience amidst the scenic woodland location. The outdated carpets and inconsistent restaurant service were disappointing.

Enjoyed staying at the reasonably spacious and silent room for 2 children. Absolutely perfect location and overall the staff was really good and amiable. Plus, it was very close to the outskirts of Rouen in an attractive wooded area.

The park around the hotel is very nice and the garden also. The food is excelent.

Good for a Quick Family Stopover

Great location for our trip, we enjoyed using the on-site Tesla Supercharger while our kids loved the cold pool! A nearby bakery offered amazing breakfast options. While the rooms showed their age, we appreciated the cleanliness, and the staff were genuinely friendly throughout our stay.

Wi-Fi was fast, but the room was outdated with broken light fixtures.

Easy access and ideal for a stop over on the way back from the 24hr race at Le Mans. Have used this hotel for that purpose twice now and am really happy with the service.

This Novotel is fine, in a Novotel sort of way. Nothing extra special, clean but a little tired decor, good secure parking, okay restaurant. Nice location, quiet with outside pool and ouside bar/dining area. I'd stay there again, only couple of hours from the channel crossing ports

Bit difficult to find the hotel

Very friendly and efficient staff. Nice clean hotel and grounds. The playground was great for our son to stretch his legs after a long drive.Restaurant very nice and food choices good and reasonably priced. Overall pleasant over night stop for us on our way to and from Calais whilst on holiday.

Would definitely recommend for a transient visit

Comfortable room, excellent breakfast, including fantastic coffee and freshly squeezed orange juice, made our one-night stay enjoyable, and we loved the convenience of electric car charging options available at this hotel.

Everything was good.

Good position. Ideal as stop over when travelling to Calais. Just 2.5 hours from port. Nice restaurant few minutes walk away plus wooded area for exercising the dog. Staff vey helpful and plenty of parking spaces.

Rooms clean & comfortable

Reception staff could be more helpful. Bar staff have no idea what they are doing. Bar & tables not cleared, left covered with dirty glasses/plates etc.

I appreciated the attractive reception area, both cute and spacious. The outdoor facilities, like the pool and play areas, were beautifully set amidst lovely trees.

Improved dining options would enhance the experience for seniors.

I liked the location, near the woods and close to the motorway syatem without being too noisy.

Very handy for the conference centre. Nice swimming pool area, but too cold to use when we were there unfortunately. We had an early booking rate which included breakfast, which was very good with lots of choice.

Air conditioning not working and window opened only a slit, so far too hot at night with heavy duvet.

The hotel has a neat outdoor swimming pool and ample parking space, which I really appreciated. The room I stayed in was spacious, with a mini-fridge and a Nespresso machine that added a nice touch to my mornings. Freshly squeezed orange juice at breakfast was a highlight. I noticed a few issues. The air conditioning didn't seem effective at keeping the room cool. The restaurant had some menu items unavailable during my dinner, really disappointing, especially on a special occasion. The overall decor felt a bit dated, showing signs of wear. Definitely has the potential, just needs some updates.
